Terms and conditions
This translation is provided for your convenience only. If there are any differences, the Spanish version governs.
Last updated: October 31, 2026
These terms govern the use of QualisStudio (app.qualisstudio.com), a service that virtually stages photos of rooms with artificial intelligence. By signing in with your Google account, you accept these terms.
1. Your account
You sign in with your Google account. Each account is personal. You are responsible for whatever is done with it. We may block an account that breaches these terms.
2. Credits
- Each staged photo uses one credit.
- When you create your account, you get 2 free credits. Photos made with them carry a watermark.
- You can buy credit packs by paying by bank transfer or QR. Credits are credited once we verify the payment. Photos made with paid credits carry no watermark and, if you want, carry a small label that reads “Virtually staged”.
- If a photo cannot be staged because of an error on our side or on the AI service’s side, the credit is returned automatically.
- Credits are not money, cannot be transferred to another account, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
3. Which photos you can upload
Only photos of properties you have the right to use. Do not upload photos with identifiable people, visible personal data, or illegal or offensive content.
The exception is Scriba (point 7), whose documents may include third parties’ personal data.
4. The results
Staged photos are generated by an artificial intelligence model and may contain errors: furniture out of scale, invented details, or differences from the real room. Review each result before using it. When you publish a virtually staged photo, state that it is: the furniture is not part of the property, and whoever views it has the right to know.
5. Ownership of the photos
Your photos remain yours, and you may freely use the results you generate. You give us permission to store and process them solely to provide you with the service.
6. Market data
When you save a property’s details, QualisStudio keeps a copy of its technical data and its price, without names, address, reference code, description, photos or links. The copy is kept even if you delete the property or your account. We use it for market statistics and valuations that are only shown in aggregate. It is not an appraisal.
7. Scriba (preliminary document review)
Scriba is a tool for QualisStudio administrators and managers. It reads a property’s documents (purchase agreement, deed, rental contract and the like) with artificial intelligence and points out possible errors and alerts. It is a preliminary review and not legal advice: it does not replace a notary or a lawyer, it may miss errors or flag errors that do not exist, and the decision is always up to whoever uses it.
- Whoever uploads the documents declares that they have the right to share them. A manager acts on behalf of the client whose documents they upload.
- Scriba documents may contain third parties’ personal data, and that is allowed only in Scriba. Do not upload standalone images of ID cards or identity documents, passwords or bank credentials.
- Originals are deleted 30 days after they are uploaded. The report stays until you delete it.
- The general alerts Scriba learns and the market data that is confirmed are kept without personal data.
8. Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the credits you paid for in the last three months. We are not responsible for the use you make of the results in your listings.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, you will see the new date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
10. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Paraguay. For any questions, write to us at hola@qualisstudio.com.
