This policy explains what data we keep when you use QualisStudio, what for, and how you can ask us to delete it.

What data we keep

• Your name and your email, which Google gives us when you sign in.
• The photos you upload and the staged photos we generate.
• Your credit balance and your purchase orders.
• If you use Scriba: the documents you upload, which may include third parties’ names, ID numbers, addresses, amounts and marital or succession status, and the report it produces.
• The technical data and price of the properties whose details you save (for example zone and city, type, areas, rooms, condition and price), without names, address, reference code, description, photos or links.
• How many times each property and each gallery is opened, and from where (WhatsApp, Facebook, QR…).
• Minimal technical logs: sign-ins and errors, so that the service works and is secure.

What we use it for

To provide you with the service: to identify you, stage your photos, show you your history, and credit your purchases. Also for market statistics and valuations, which we only show in aggregate. We do not sell your personal data or use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

• Google, so that you can sign in with your account.
• Google Gemini and Cloudflare Workers AI, the artificial intelligence models that stage each photo: they receive the photo and the instructions.
• Google Gemini also receives the text of a property’s description, and its main details, when you ask to review the description or to suggest a text for social media.
• Google Gemini (with billing enabled, which does not use these documents to improve its products) and Cloudflare receive Scriba’s documents to read and store them. They are processed outside Paraguay: this is an international transfer.
• Cloudflare, where the application runs and the photos are stored, in private storage.

How long we keep it

We keep your photos and your data for as long as your account exists. If you want us to delete your photos or your account, write to us at hola@qualisstudio.com from your account’s email and we will do it.

For as long as the property exists, its market data copy stays attached to it so it can be updated when you save its details. It is not deleted when you delete the property or your account: from that moment it holds nothing that says whose it is, and we can no longer find it to correct or delete it.

Scriba: originals are deleted after 30 days and the report stays until you delete it. Backups may keep the data for about 35 more days. If you appear in a document and want to see, correct or delete your data, write to us at hola@qualisstudio.com or ask the manager. The report is informational: a person always makes the decision.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
